Regina N. Coleman, MD, FAAP
Dr. Regina is our favorite Talbott Pediatrician! Her exceptional child-focused care goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her patients. Born in the Philippines, Dr. Regina was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She comes highly trained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham , the University of Alabama School of Medicine , and the University of Tennessee in Memphis . Dr. Regina specializes in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics . She began working here in 1999 when it was formerly St. Mary’s Talbott, opened and co-owned Phillips Medical Group, PC, and is the proud owner of our long-standing, newly named Primary Care Associates. Proudly Dr. Regina is married to Judge Ralph E. Coleman and has two sons, Luke and Daniel Phillips. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Morristown and is on the Board of Directors of Life Outreach in Jefferson City.
Rachel Rouse Dearing, RN, MSN, FNP-C
Born and raised in Morristown, Tennessee, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Rachel Rouse Dearing is a wonderful asset to the Primary Care Associates team in Talbott! She provides exceptional care to her patients of all ages, adults and children. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University . Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in Family Practice, Rachel comes highly skilled in her field. She started working here (formerly Phillips Medical Group) in 2008. Rachel is happily married to Brad Dearing and the mother to their three beautiful children - Janelyn, Blakely, and Ketner. She is actively involved and a longtime member at First Baptist Church .
Ryan K. Rogers, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ryan Rogers, is also from Morristown, Tennessee. He excels as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a great asset to our practice! Ryan specializes in Family Healthcare and sees adults and children. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree and his Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Carson-Newman University . He is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Family Practice. Ryan began working at Primary Care Associates in September 2015. He is the proud husband of Brittney Rogers and father to Anna Jane and Avie. Ryan is a member of Manley Baptist Church .
